We’re seeking a Moving Specialist who is passionate about handling unique treasures with the utmost care, providing excellent customer service, and ultimately, driving the EBTH experience for our valued sellers and buyers.

As a dynamic company, we move fast and seek to continuously improve – and while this will be a very demanding position, you’ll be surrounded by a passionate team of individuals who are dedicated to the common goal of drastically changing the way personal property is sold, bought and moved across the country – and we have a lot of fun while we’re doing it. TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING

  • Work to meet seller needs with integrity and empathy.
  • Working in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.
  • Transport supplies to/from job sites.
  • Drive Utility Vehicles to include: Ryder Trucks, Sprinter Vans, EBTH 26 ft trucks.
  • Seller Relations, Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills
  • Pack and load EBTH trucks and drive to the central processing facility. 
  • Any additional responsibilities necessary for the success of the business. 

CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING

  • 1-3 years of moving experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
  • Must be able to pass a D.O.T physical and driver background check
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to set clear expectations, manage difficult situations and problem solve.
  • Ability to have a flexible work schedule in order to complete the move and meet the sellers expectations.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to move and/or lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to adapt to a variety of working environments including extremes in cleanliness and temperature.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • A sense of humor. No, really!

This role is based in Cincinnati, OH, and we are seeking candidates in this area, no relocation assistance is available for this role.
