We’re seeking an innovative full time Home Services Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all in-home service jobs, leading a team of hourly employees, and managing third-party contractors. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the flow of inventory, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering EBTH’s white-glove experience.

TASKS YOU’LL BE JUGGLING
- Ensure all in-home service projects are executed on time, within scope, and meet EBTH’s quality standards for an exceptional client experience.
- Manage daily schedules for internal staff, third-party contractors, and moving vendors to align with project timelines and resource requirements.
- Oversee travel planning and labor hours, including estimating and verifying overnight stays and project effort requirements.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to develop team capability and drive results.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.
- Hold regular team meetings (daily, monthly, and quarterly) to share performance updates, goal progress, and post-project reviews.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to understand client needs and align operational resources accordingly.
- Coordinate with Operations leadership to maintain a predictable, efficient flow of inventory from homes into EBTH’s warehouse.
- Collaborate on the prioritization and planning of current and upcoming projects to align with business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Monitor labor and operational costs, identifying opportunities for improved cost control and margin performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of long-term operational strategies that support EBTH’s growth and profitability goals.
- Serve as a champion for delivering consistent, high-quality in-home experiences for all clients.
- Address and resolve service issues or escalations in partnership with customer-facing team members.
- Ensure the team adheres to EBTH standards for professionalism, care, and confidentiality in clients' homes.
Other Requirements
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as well as on-site in client homes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client facing project management or related work.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing direct reports in client facing project management or related work.
- Strong acumen for navigating computer programs and systems, Sales Force experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to balance attention-to-detail with quick execution.
May require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and regional/national travel with overnight stays.
Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
