We’re seeking a Warehouse Specialist who will be responsible for assisting with projects in the warehouse to include: organization of the warehouse; helping to manage changes to and within warehouse processes; supporting areas across production including item processing, packaging, and customer pickup; and helping to develop and maintain processes of inventory management and flow.

Core Responsibilities

Packing and Labeling: Pull, pack, and label products according to customer orders and safety standards.
Quality Inspection: Examine products for defects before packing and ensure all items match the packing list.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Documentation: Log, weigh, and seal shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipping records.
Equipment Operation: Utilize tools such as scanners, dollies, pallet wrappers, or packing machines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds, notes.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in checking products and labeling orders.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic warehouse, hand tools, and computerized inventory systems.
Communication: Ability to work well in a team environment.
